Quick Zucchini Skillet

Ingredients:


2 medium zucchini -- (or 4-5 medium)

3/4 pound ground beef

1 can condensed tomato soup

1 tablespoons onion flakes - to taste

1 teaspoon salt - to taste

1 teaspoon pepper - to taste

1 teaspoon italian seasonings - to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Brown ground beef in heavy skillet, and drain off fat. Add condensed soup. Slice zucchini thinkly(do not peel) and add to skillet. Cover and simmer on low until zucchini is tender, about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
