Zucchini Bread In Microwave |

Ingredients:
2 large eggs |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1 cup oil |
2 cups shredded zucchini |
2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon baking powder |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
1 cup chopped nuts |

Preparation / Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar together. Add oil and zucchini; blend together. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into 12-cup Bundt pan and microwave on HIGH for 9 -11 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes. Invert onto serving platter.
